Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the duit44 website located at duit44.cam ("the Platform"), including all content, features, services, games and payment functions made available through the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and duit44 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the duit44 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the duit44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been registered.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the duit44 website at duit44.cam, including all subpages, features, tools and services available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual on the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered account on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all monetary references on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit offer, free spins allocation or reward programme benefit made available to eligible Users under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or combined deposit-and-bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to or use of online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and address checks, required before account activation or withdrawal processing.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software and other material available on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on duit44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. duit44 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style entertainment platforms.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or unlawful.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement with duit44 or any related service.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and whenever duit44 requests verification.

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using duit44 is lawful in the place from which you connect. The availability of the Platform does not constitute a representation that participation is permitted in every jurisdiction. duit44 may refuse registration, suspend access or request additional evidence of eligibility at its reasonable discretion.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible User may hold only one duit44 Account. During registration, you must provide accurate personal details, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and any other information reasonably required for verification. Details must correspond with valid identification documents and the payment methods used on the Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and security credentials. You must not disclose them to another person, permit another person to use your Account or access any Account that does not belong to you. Notify duit44 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, credential theft or any other security incident.

Identity verification

duit44 may require KYC checks at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when transaction patterns change or whenever legally or operationally necessary. Verification may include proof of identity, proof of address, age confirmation, payment ownership evidence and source-of-funds information. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the requested period may result in restricted transactions, suspension or Account closure.

Duplicate and dormant accounts

Duplicate Accounts may be closed and associated bonuses removed. Where an Account remains inactive for an extended period, duit44 may classify it as dormant after providing any notice required by applicable rules. Users should contact duit44 using the plain-text email address shown in the footer if they require assistance with Account access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions are generally displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Subject to availability and verification, duit44 may support familiar Malaysian payment options such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. The availability, minimum amount, maximum amount and processing time for each method may vary.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method held in the registered Account holder's name.
• Third-party deposits, cash-equivalent manipulation and transfers between unrelated Accounts are prohibited.
• duit44 does not provide credit. Users must only deposit money they can afford to lose.
• Payment providers or banks may impose separate charges, limits or verification requirements beyond duit44's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for KYC compliance, payment ownership, wagering completion and unusual activity.

Where reasonably possible, withdrawals will be returned through the original deposit method. If that method cannot receive funds, duit44 may request a verified alternative. Published processing estimates begin only after all required checks have been completed and do not guarantee the time taken by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, an e-wallet provider or any other financial institution.

Bonuses and Promotions

duit44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback or loyalty rewards from time to time. Every offer is governed by these Terms and any promotion-specific rules displayed when the offer is made. Where promotion-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules shall apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict.

Before accepting a Bonus, Users must review the eligibility period, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet, expiry period and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes creating multiple Accounts, coordinating activity with another User, using low-risk or opposite-outcome betting patterns to extract promotional value, exceeding a stated maximum wager, or deliberately delaying game rounds until after wagering completion. duit44 may withhold or remove promotional credit and related winnings where credible evidence of abuse exists.

duit44 may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion, but changes will not be applied retrospectively in a manner that unfairly removes a benefit already validly earned, except where fraud, technical error or misuse is established.

Gameplay and Sports Market Rules

Users must review the rules, paytable, return-to-player information and settlement conditions applicable to a game or market before placing a wager. Once accepted by the Platform, a valid wager ordinarily cannot be cancelled or changed merely because the User has reconsidered it.

Casino game outcomes are determined by the relevant game system and recorded in duit44 transaction logs. Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football markets, are settled according to the published market rules and the official result recognised by the applicable governing body. Subsequent disciplinary decisions generally do not alter settlement unless the market rules expressly provide otherwise.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted or materially rescheduled, the applicable market rules determine whether a wager remains valid or is voided. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participant names or technical mistakes do not create an entitlement to an unintended payout. duit44 may correct a demonstrable error and restore the User's balance to the position that would have applied had the error not occurred.

Technical interruption

If a connection fails during a confirmed game round, the underlying system record will determine the result. Users should not repeatedly submit a wager while a transaction remains pending. duit44 may suspend an affected game or market while the matter is investigated.

Prohibited Conduct

You must use duit44 lawfully, personally and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity misrepresentation, payment abuse, chargeback misuse or money laundering.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or software intended to manipulate games, odds or Platform functions.
• Collusion, syndicate play, chip dumping, coordinated betting or sharing information to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another User's Account, defeat security controls, introduce malicious code or interfere with Platform availability.
• Exploiting a software defect, incorrect price, delayed feed or technical malfunction rather than reporting it promptly.
• Harassing staff or other Users, submitting unlawful material or using duit44 for commercial solicitation.
• Opening duplicate Accounts or registering on behalf of a person who is under 21, self-excluded or otherwise ineligible.

Where duit44 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict the Account, pause transactions and investigate relevant activity. Following a fair review, duit44 may void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained benefits, close the Account or take any other proportionate action permitted by applicable rules. Legitimate balances not connected to misconduct will be handled in accordance with the outcome of the review.

Responsible Gambling

duit44 provides gaming entertainment only to Users aged 21 and above. Participation involves financial risk and must never be treated as employment, an investment strategy or a guaranteed way to earn income. Users are expected to make decisions while sober, take regular breaks and maintain firm time and deposit limits.

Account controls may include deposit limits, wagering limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A request to self-exclude will be applied in accordance with the selected period and cannot be reversed simply because the User changes their mind. During self-exclusion, the User must not attempt to create another Account or use another person's credentials.

If gaming causes stress, secrecy, debt, relationship problems or repeated attempts to chase losses, stop immediately and seek support. The duit44 Responsible Gambling page provides further guidance. Intellectual Property

All duit44 Content, including the brand name, logo, page design, written material, graphics, icons, arrangement, software and databases, is owned by or licensed to duit44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party game names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

duit44 grants each eligible User a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the Platform for private entertainment. This permission does not allow a User to copy, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation.

No use of the duit44 name, visual identity or Content may imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation without express permission. Any unauthorised use may result in the withdrawal of access and enforcement of available legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. duit44 aims to maintain accurate information and reliable access but does not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, network or browser. Temporary maintenance, internet failures, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, duit44 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from Platform use, loss of connectivity, reliance on incomplete information, unauthorised Account access caused by a User's failure to protect credentials, or the acts of independent payment and telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Nothing removes any mandatory consumer right available to a User under applicable law. Users remain responsible for their own wagering decisions and for complying with laws that apply where they are located.

Amendments and Termination

duit44 may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Platform functionality, payment methods, security requirements, responsible gambling standards or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects registered Users, duit44 may provide an additional notice through an appropriate on-site channel.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using duit44 and request Account closure before placing further wagers.

You may request Account closure at any time, subject to settlement of pending wagers, verification and lawful transaction reviews. duit44 may suspend or terminate access where eligibility is lost, these Terms are breached, security is threatened or closure is otherwise reasonably necessary. Account termination does not extinguish rights or obligations that arose beforehand.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted according to the law identified as applicable to the relevant duit44 service relationship, without overriding mandatory rights or restrictions that lawfully apply to the User. Users in Malaysia remain responsible for understanding the legal rules governing online gaming in their location.

If a dispute arises, the User should first provide a clear written description of the issue, relevant dates, disputed MYR amounts and any transaction or wager references. duit44 will review available Account and system records and seek to resolve the matter fairly. The parties should attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal remedy available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
